First Shift Warehouse Associate

The tasks include:

Receiving morning inventory and supply deliveries, making sure to accurately pull up purchase orders and scan UPC codes properly.
Properly researching and keying in expiration dates.
Staging order and conveying them to the team lead and other warehouse associates.

Second Shift Warehouse Associate

Schedule: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. Monday – Friday

Receiving a wide range of inventory using our proprietary warehouse management system.
Putting inventory away using our proprietary system and barcode scanner.
Picking inventory.
Palletizing and De-palletizing inventory.
Taking direction from your assigned team lead and packing inventory according to instructions.
Keying in accurate data into our warehouse management system when processing orders.
Submitting orders for approval when applicable.
Segregate and submit packages to carrier for pick-up.

Team Lead

As a team lead your duties include reporting to the warehouse manager and making sure your team is meeting key performance metrics. You would be responsible for onboarding new team members while overseeing their peformance. Other duties include:

Separate assignments and assign various tasks to members of team.
Train and supervise new hires, making sure they adhere to key performance metrics.
Operate narrow-aisle forklift.
Troubleshoot machinery and computer equipment when applicable.
Make sure team keeps a clean workspace environment.
Assist with order approvals requested by team members.

Assistant Manager

The assistant manager reports directly to the general manager and is responsible for all day-to-day tasks as well as ensuring that the entire warehouse meets their expected deadlines. Duties include printing packing slips and prioritizing them in a way that meets day-to-day performance metrics as well as monitoring order approvals and ensuring that approved orders are processed. Other duties include assistant the general manager in day-to-day organization, keeping inventory of supply levels and alerting the manager when to replenish. Duties also include writing daily credit memos and assisting with the creation of daily exception reports. Duties may also include picking, packing and shipping when the need arises as well as participating in the recruitment of new hires.

Requirements:

Substantial prior experience in distribution center operations necessary. You must have a least 3 years experience working full-time at an e-commerce distribution center to be considered. Knowledge of advanced systems preferred. Must be able to operate in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Requirements:

Prior warehouse experience. Previous employment with a distribution center a plus.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Familiarity with a pallet jack and barcode reader.
No scheduling conflicts.

Other requirements:

Submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen.
Must have clean background – No Recent Felonies.
Must be reliable/dependable – Attendance is very important.
Basic Computer Skills (Mac OS preferred).
Ability to work quickly and independently.
